Lately, I've been seeing a bunch of words like "data availability / ordering / finality," which sound like mysticism... I can only focus on one main point: whether your transaction has been "seen" by everyone, "queued" in what order, and whether you'll "retract" at the end. A life analogy is like ordering food delivery: the store needs to display the menu and cooking information (otherwise, you have no proof if you complain), the rider needs to deliver in the order of the orders, otherwise someone cuts in line and you can only watch helplessly; finally, once you confirm receipt, it's basically settled.

Recently, some places have tightened or loosened taxes/regulations, and the emotions around deposits and withdrawals have visibly become more sensitive... The more this happens, the more I care whether the on-chain rules are simple and verifiable, rather than blaming "network congestion" later. For now, I’ll keep slowly reviewing the proposals.
