First, Use 15m for structure, 5m for confirmation, and 1m only for fine execution.
Then, If 5m reclaims key resistance or 15m reclaims the sweep high, the short thesis is damaged.
Also, discipline usually decides the result before direction does
Finally, don’t force trades in the middle of the range
