[BAY x CertiK] You're Invited to "The Security of Global Stablecoin Infrastructure" Session

I've been invited to present on global stablecoin infrastructure at the Yonsei University Blockchain Society Meetup on March 26th. We'd love to have many of you join us.

For those who follow me, you know I've long believed that stablecoins can open financial access to the financially underserved. That conviction remains unchanged. However, in the meantime, the landscape of markets and regulations has shifted dramatically.

In this presentation, based on perspectives built through direct experience in the blockchain market since 2017, I'd like to share three key topics:

1. Lessons from DeFi Collapse โ€” How we managed risks during the collapse of first-generation stablecoins and what that experience taught us about structural vulnerabilities.

2. Regulation as Design โ€” How strengthening financial regulations aren't just external pressure, but are fundamentally reshaping the structure of stablecoins themselves.

3. Beyond On/Off Ramps โ€” Why I believe stablecoin infrastructure is evolving beyond simple deposit/withdrawal channels into "compliance infrastructure" that encompasses both on-chain and off-chain AML/KYC.

Whether stablecoins matter in global finance is no longer up for debate. The key question is how inclusively, safely, and reliably we build that infrastructure.

If you're interested in this topic, please join us on March 26th.
