Portkey Technologies has obtained a final judgment from a U.S. court confirming its ownership of the trademarks TWOBADOUR, METAPURSE, and DREAMVERSE. The ruling permanently prohibits former contractor Anand Venkateswaran from using these trademarks and bans him from making any false statements regarding his involvement in Portkey's 2021 acquisition of Beeple's NFT "EVERYDAYS." Venkateswaran is also required to publish a correction statement and pay damages to Portkey.
