What kind of process is it to reach the level of @justinsuntron, a person of that magnitude?

Imagine you have ten thousand multiple-choice questions in front of you.
At the beginning, if you get the first question wrong, you just go back one step; one mistake becomes zero, three mistakes become two.
But after the 10th question, the rules start to change.
If you get one question wrong, you'll be sent back to question 5. When you reach the 20th question and make another mistake, you might be sent all the way back to question 1.
And when you get to question 100, things are completely different. At this point, just one mistake could mean resetting to zero, facing death, or losing several years of freedom.
But the truly impressive part is that many people who reach this stage continue to make choices. Including Elon Musk, Warren Buffett, Donald Trump—these are actually the kinds of people they are.
All along the way, they've been making choices, and on those critical questions, most of the time, they've chosen correctly.
