Getting Started: Setting Up Your Fund Password

Follow these steps to configure your Fund Password:

Step 1: Navigate to your Account & Security page by selecting the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the interface.

Step 2: Access the Advanced Protection section, locate Fund Password, and select Settings to begin configuration.

Step 3: Enter your chosen Fund Password and confirm your selection. Keep the following requirements in mind:

• Your Fund Password must differ from your login password
• Password length must be between 8 and 30 characters
• Include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one numeric digit

Step 4: Complete the required Security Verification process and confirm. Congratulations—your Fund Password is now active!

Modifying or Removing Your Fund Password

Need to change or disable your Fund Password? The process is straightforward:

1. Navigate to the Fund Password section and select either the Change or Disable option
2. Important: You will experience a 24-hour withdrawal hold following any password reset. Plan accordingly if you anticipate needing immediate access to your funds
3. Follow the verification steps to complete the modification

What to Do If You've Forgotten Your Fund Password

If you've misplaced your Fund Password, two reset pathways are available:

Option 1 – From the Disable Window: Click "Having problems with verification?" when attempting to disable your Fund Password.

Option 2 – From the Change Window: Select "Forgot Fund Password" in the change password dialog.

Either choice will direct you to the Reset Security Settings page. Select Fund Password reset, proceed with confirmation, and complete the additional Security Verification required. Be aware that the reset review typically takes 1-2 working days, and further verification may be necessary.
