The RWA market has indeed been growing rapidly over the past two years, but what institutions truly care about are three questions: Is my transaction data secure? Can it pass compliance checks? And can the efficiency keep up?

Honestly, most public blockchains are handicapped when it comes to these three issues. Privacy and compliance are often at odds — more privacy means less transparency, and compliance requires exposing privacy, creating a dilemma. But Dusk’s approach is different. They use a combination of zero-knowledge proofs, secure multi-party computation, and stealth addresses to encrypt transaction content, identity information, and asset data. The key point is that when regulators need to audit, they don’t have to look at these sensitive details; compliance checks can be performed through verifiable audit mechanisms. In other words, they achieve both privacy protection and traceability — which is truly critical for institutional financial scenarios.

Talking about theory is meaningless without practical results. Dusk has partnered with the Dutch compliant exchange NPEX to tokenize securities worth 300 million euros and complete on-chain clearing. This is currently the largest-scale implementation in Europe. It’s not small-scale testing but real large-value assets moving on the chain. Besides that, they are also in talks with banks, brokerages, and asset management firms about on-chain issuance and trading solutions for private bonds, fund shares, and derivatives.

Looking at it this way, as the RWA market continues to expand, those who can simultaneously handle privacy, compliance, and efficiency will be the ones to reap the benefits. That’s also why the value of the native token DUSK is increasingly reflected in the ecosystem’s development — because it’s not just a technological tool but also a symbol of ecosystem credibility.
