#代币估值与上线 I just saw some data in the community and was a bit shocked 😅 84.7% of the tokens issued in 2025 have already broken their initial price? In other words, out of 100 new coins, 84 have fallen below their launch valuation... This is really a bit scary for a newcomer like me.
The most outrageous part is that some projects have dropped over 90%, such as Berachain and Animecoin, which are quite well-known projects that have fallen by more than 93%. It seems that many people might have been caught holding the bag earlier. The entire market's FDV has shrunk from $139 billion to $54 billion, evaporating $87 billion... Just looking at the numbers makes my scalp tingle.
However, on the other side of the news, there are also projects performing exceptionally well, like Aster which increased by 745%, and Yooldo Games which rose by 538%. Most of these are new projects launched in the second half of the year. Does this mean that the timing of issuance and initial valuation are very important? Projects with lower initial valuations might have greater upside potential?
It feels like the most dangerous thing in the entry phase is being attracted by the stories of new tokens and then buying in at high valuations. Does anyone have experience in choosing new tokens to share? How can we judge whether a project is worth participating in?
