【CoinPush】The cryptocurrency data platform The Tie announces the acquisition of staking service provider Stakin, marking its first acquisition and a formal entry into the infrastructure sector.

Statkin's achievements are notable—managing over $1 billion in delegated assets and deploying non-custodial staking infrastructure across more than 40 public blockchains. The transaction was conducted using a combination of cash and equity, with the specific price not publicly disclosed. Notably, all 15 members of Stakin's team will join The Tie but will continue to operate independently.

However, this acquisition is about much more than staking itself. The Tie's true intention is to use the staking business as a springboard to gradually expand into multiple infrastructure areas such as decentralized bridges, oracles, and RPC services. This strategic expansion reflects the platform's systematic approach to building a Web3 infrastructure ecosystem.
