The journalists were stunned. A reporter shouted, "Mr. President, isn't that a 'sucker' strategy?"
President Trump just laughed loudly, waving his hand in dismissal: "Bowl upside down? No, no, no! This is 'Patriotic Get Rich Quick'! We have the most beautiful and talented people working on this.
