The random number generation service of WAX has been updated to version 3.2.
This upgrade introduces an adaptive staking mechanism and a CPU-like token bucket design. In simple terms: request allocation is fairer in high concurrency scenarios, the threshold for sponsoring random number services has been lowered, and handling sudden traffic spikes is more relaxed.
It is a practical optimization for developers—especially for those who need to handle randomness in on-chain applications, such as games and lottery scenarios. WAX has been refining its infrastructure, and this update represents another step forward in terms of performance and usability.
