The reason of "technical maintenance" cannot justify the locking of user funds for days without any prior notice and without giving any specific date. This approach is completely far from both transparency and customer trust.

I request a written and clear explanation within 24 hours on the following issues:

1. What specific issue the performed technical maintenance covered.
2. The expected completion date and time of the maintenance process.
3. Verification of whether any internal transfer or transaction has been made during this process.

If this information is not shared within 24 hours, I will inform that I will bring the issue to the relevant international regulatory authorities, starting with the Singapore Monetary Authority (MAS), and to all cryptocurrency communities.
