The Bitcoin Office of El Salvador is the country's key Bitcoin institution, which celebrated its Bitcoin anniversary on September 7, marking the four-year anniversary of this Central American country designating Bitcoin as legal tender in September 2021 and passing other regulations supporting BTC. The Bitcoin Office emphasized that El Salvador is the first country in the world to establish a Bitcoin strategic reserve, currently holding over 6,313 BTC, worth more than $702 million, and has launched various BTC and artificial intelligence public education programs.
