Recently, the "Youth Accompanying·Enjoying Houping" youth worker networking event organized by the Xingshan County Federation of Trade Unions in conjunction with the County Youth League Committee and the County Talent Service Center was warmly held at the Houping Phosphate Mine. More than 30 outstanding young workers from county departments, enterprises and institutions, as well as the Houping Phosphate Mine gathered together to embark on a fun encounter journey in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

The event kicked off with an immersive visit to the mine. Single youths gained an in-depth understanding of the corporate culture, current development status, and ecological governance achievements of the mine through on-site visits and listening sessions. In the "Speedy Photography" task, the youths creatively posed in front of characteristic scenes in the mining area; the "Safety Knowledge Challenge" popularized mining safety knowledge through fun quizzes; games like "Crossing the River by Touching Stones" and "One Circle to the End" tested their teamwork and created a lively atmosphere filled with laughter. The most challenging game, "Blindfolded Snake Eating," required team members to convey instructions through body sensations while blindfolded, fully showcasing the power of trust within the team.

This networking event not only provided a platform for young employees in Xing Shan County to make friends, but also enriched their cultural lives in their spare time, enhanced their sense of belonging and happiness, and helped young talents settle down and thrive in Xing Shan.

Changyang Tujia Autonomous County Federation of Trade Unions

Recently, the Changyang General Labor Union, in collaboration with the County Women's Federation and the County Youth League Committee, held a "Start from the Heart · Move Towards Marriage" matchmaking salon event at the Changyang Yuansu Homestay, attracting over 60 young employees from various administrative, enterprise, and public institutions across the county to participate in the event.

The event kicked off with a lively and cheerful warm-up dance. Fun interactive games such as "Happy Caterpillar," "The Magic of Love Turns Around," and "Frisbee Romance" were performed in succession, allowing the youth to enhance their mutual understanding and establish a preliminary acquaintance amidst laughter and joy. In the intangible cultural heritage tie-dyeing experience session, everyone collaboratively created unique handmade works, deepening their understanding through artistic interaction.

The atmosphere on site was lively, with many guests opening their hearts, actively speaking up, sharing their thoughts and feelings, expressing their expectations for love and marriage, and providing valuable suggestions for the event.

Enshi Prefecture

Recently, the General Trade Union of Xuan'en County in Enshi Prefecture held a youth networking event called "Youth Meeting · Gathering Good Relationships". Over a hundred single young employees participated in the event, embarking on a journey of love interwoven with excitement and courage.

The event kicked off with a creative check-in at the Wild Pepper Garden lawn. Young people held heart-shaped balloons, leaving sincere wishes on the Love Declaration Wall, quickly breaking the ice through fun group games, sparking the excitement of first encounters amidst laughter and joy. Following that, the itinerary to explore the National Defense Science and Technology Museum allowed the youth to experience the charm of technology, while the hiking check-in at the Tianyan Scenic Area enabled everyone to capture the beauty of nature and record each other's heartwarming moments.

The handmade gift exchange segment brings the romantic atmosphere to a climax. Young people form pairs to create exclusive gifts together in the Garden Fortress. As night falls, the Xuan'en Village Square transforms into a sea of joy, and the entire city bursts into a lively Sandi party, with sweet blessings from past hand-holding guests elevating the sweetness level of the scene.

State Grid Hubei Electric Power Company

Recently, the 2025 MBTI matchmaking event for single young employees of the State Grid Hubei Electric Power Company, organized by the State Grid Hubei Electric Power Union and the Women's Committee, kicked off at the Da Xiao Comedy Theater, with over 130 single young employees from within and outside the system signing up to participate in this event.

The event focuses on the psychological needs of single young employees, combining the MBTI personality test with stand-up comedy performances that are popular among young people, to innovatively carry out friendship activities.

At the event site, single young employees confirmed their personality types through the preliminary MBTI 16-type personality test and collected their MBTI personality cards to sign in. They also learned about other participants' basic information in front of the "business card wall." The stand-up comedy segment invited four stand-up comedians to perform various friendship-themed shows. The event also specially invited local stand-up comedian "Master Jie" from Wuhan, who energized the atmosphere with humorous performances, allowing participants to fully showcase themselves and get to know each other in a relaxed and joyful environment.
