The League of Legends community operates with DAO organization as its core principle, strategically collaborating with the UAE Foundation to introduce the "DAO Nine-Dan Certification System". It leads the market, prioritizes education, replaces hard work with learning, and creates wealth through learning, henceforth becoming leaders rather than bandits.

The League of Legends community calls upon heroes from all over the world to jointly build a League of Legends that embodies the spirit of "Life is as insignificant as an ant, but one should have the ambition of a swan; life is as fragile as paper, but one should possess an indomitable heart; a true man lives between heaven and earth, how can he remain subdued for a long time; one should take dreams as their steed, not waste their youth; the universe is not yet settled, you and I are both dark horses." (Each DAO will appoint a representative to participate in multi-signature management, which will be improved later; currently, it is managed by a temporary management committee.)
