8.21 Yuexin Community Daily Report
The Fed meeting in the early morning has put the market in a dilemma; it is currently unclear whether the trend will continue upwards or shift to a Bear Market. Bear Markets often arrive silently, and by the time you realize one has come, the market has usually declined. Therefore, during such critical periods, do not let news affect you.
The existence of tariff policies, the situations in Ukraine and Israel, as well as the Fed's hawkish comments, are all bearish factors, while the market's whales are constantly adjusting their positions and buying, making it difficult to judge a major market trend.
In this stage, I personally do not recommend making trades. I believe that staying in cash and observing will be clearer. Let the bullets fly, and wait until the situation becomes clear or until the long and short battle is over before choosing to enter the market and dissect.
If you have to trade, let's do some short-term trading combined with technical analysis.
