This time @0G_labs did something very hardcore at ETHGlobal Cannes, providing a real demonstration of "AI on the blockchain" with actual tools.
The event lasted for three days, with over 800 developers and 27 major protocols present, and a prize pool of up to 275,000 dollars. 0G created a track worth 5,000 dollars, with the theme being: how to build AI on the chain in a modular and verifiable way.
The results are quite shocking: all 12 projects submitted complete code, 11 of which directly used the 0G computing module, and 3 of them also utilized 0G storage for data. What does this indicate? It indicates that this is no longer a casual hackathon, but rather a solid prototype system with real implementation potential.
Ultimately, putting AI on the blockchain sounds very "cutting-edge", but essentially it is about making models more transparent, results verifiable, and logic reusable. The demo released by 0G is actually challenging the game rules of centralized AI, especially providing new solutions in the two key areas of computation and data.
The current feeling is that 0G is no longer just shouting slogans or creating narratives; it's genuinely making progress on "on-chain AI infrastructure" bit by bit. If it can later combine with the application layer to launch one or two products, its position will be secured. The key is that it has a ranking activity on @KaitoAI!!!
