The three major encryption bills in the United States were unanimously passed on July 18, 2025.

Let's put it in simple terms and talk about what these three bills are all about.
1️⃣ The GENIUS Act provides a legal framework for stablecoins, so activities in the crypto space no longer need to be conducted in secret #GENIUSAct
The 2️⃣CLARITY Act, SEC and CFTC no longer "compete for territory".
In simple terms, this bill is aimed at the SEC – it grants a lot of regulatory power and clarifies who governs digital assets #clarifyact
3️⃣ The "Anti-CBDC Act" narrowly won 219:210, which basically is aimed at the Federal Reserve, prohibiting the Fed from creating a digital dollar! #anticbdc
