Alibaba’s ShengShu Technology reportedly plans a Hong Kong IPO, aiming to raise over $500 million
According to a Bloomberg report published on August 18, citing anonymous sources familiar with the matter, ShengShu Technology, an AI video platform backed by Alibaba Group Holding Limited, is considering an IPO in Hong Kong, targeting more than $500 million in proceeds. The company is working with China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) and CITIC Securities to prepare the listing plan.
