Artificial intelligence company Moonshot AI has officially filed a listing application, aiming to complete the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) stock listing procedures in as little as 6 months. The core financial metric driving this decision is annual recurring revenue (ARR): Moonshot AI’s ARR for June has surpassed $300 million.
