Western Digital reported strong Q4 fiscal 2026 results during its analyst call on August 5. Revenue reached $3.75 billion, exceeding guidance and growing 44% year-over-year, driven primarily by its Cloud business segment which accounted for 89% of total revenue at $3.3 billion. Non-GAAP gross margin expanded significantly to 54.4%, up 1,310 basis points, while non-GAAP EPS more than doubled to $3.56, up 109% year-over-year.
For full fiscal 2026, the company generated $12.9 billion in revenue, up 36% annually, with EPS doubling to $10.22 and free cash flow reaching $3.5 billion. Western Digital returned $3.1 billion to shareholders and guided for Q1 FY2027 revenue of $4.1 billion (±$100 million), representing 45% year-over-year growth, with gross margin expected between 55% and 56%.
