According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Few and Far founder Taj Tarsha was charged with securities and wire fraud for allegedly defrauding investors of over $10 million through false representations and misappropriating funds for personal use.
Tarsha raised over $10 million from at least 67 investors by selling approximately 95 million FAR tokens, but allegedly diverted investor funds to online casinos, speculative crypto assets, Miami apartment mortgage payments, home renovations, and personal DJ activities instead of project development. Prosecutors also accused him of extracting nearly $1 million in undisclosed bonuses and inflated salaries from company funds. Tarsha was arrested on June 6, 2026, and the case will be tried at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
