According to industry sources, Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron have completely sold out their 2027 DRAM and HBM production capacity. Customers are receiving only 60% to 70% of their initial requests, with allocation quantities now largely finalized. Pricing will be determined closer to delivery time. By Q2 2026, Samsung held 39% of the global DRAM market share, followed by SK Hynix at 26% and Micron at 25%, according to Counterpoint Research data.
