Changxin Memory Rejects Apple's Price Cut Demands, Insists on Rates at Samsung and SK Hynix Level

According to Economic Daily, Changxin Memory (CXMT) has rejected Apple's request to lower DRAM procurement prices, insisting that quoted rates must not be below those offered to Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. The memory chipmaker cited secured long-term contracts with Chinese tech companies including Huawei and Xiaomi that have locked up production capacity, eliminating the need to accommodate Apple's terms.
