HappyRobot Completes $150 Million Series C Funding at $1.2 Billion Valuation on August 5

According to BlockBeats, HappyRobot, an enterprise-grade AI agent company, completed a $150 million Series C funding round today (August 5), achieving a $1.2 billion valuation and joining the unicorn club. Prysm Capital led the round with Eurazeo as co-lead.

The round also saw participation from existing investors including a16z, Base10, and Y Combinator, alongside strategic backers Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange, and Deutsche Telekom's T.Capital. The company has raised approximately $200 million cumulatively since its 2022 founding.
