Lovart Parent Yanyutech Completes Near $300M Series B+ Funding, Plans Hong Kong IPO with $3B Valuation Target

According to monitoring platform Beating, Yanyutech, the parent company of AI design agent Lovart, is nearing completion of a new funding round that could value the company at $3 billion. The company is simultaneously in preliminary discussions with advisors regarding a potential Hong Kong IPO. Yanyutech completed a Series B+ round of approximately $300 million in June with a post-investment valuation exceeding $2 billion. As of May, the company's ARR (annual recurring revenue) surpassed $300 million.
