According to Odaily, Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias completed their merger, forming a digital assets infrastructure division with approximately 300 employees. The combined entity will operate under the Boerse Stuttgart Digital name, while Tradias continues as the trading services brand. The division will offer trading, custody, staking, and tokenization services across Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and seven other locations including Dubai and Athens. Tradias founder Christopher Beck and Boerse Stuttgart Digital managing director Ulli Spankowski will serve as co-CEOs.
