According to on-chain tracking account @whale_alert, Tether transferred $500 million USDT from Binance to Tether Treasury on July 30, 2026. The transfer coincided with Bitcoin rebounding toward the $65,000 level, reaching $64,964 on Bitstamp. Market analysts characterized the transaction as a routine technical cross-chain swap to meet trader demand on faster and cheaper networks. The market absorbed the transaction without sharp volatility fluctuations, with RSI momentum exiting the oversold zone and Bitcoin holding firmly near its local trading range upper boundary.
