According to Jin10 Futures on August 5, Shandong independent refiners' average crude distillation capacity utilization stood at 50.70% in July, down 0.72 percentage points month-over-month. Looking ahead to August, Wantong, Lianyou, Changyi, and Hongrui Technology plan to resume operations in early to mid-August, while Lijin Refinery is scheduled for maintenance mid-August and Tianhong remains in equipment overhaul cycles. Overall, Shandong refiners' crude distillation capacity is expected to show an upward trend in August, with increased gasoline and diesel production.
