Vittkov: A new round of peace talks to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict will be held within three weeks

BlockBeats News, February 22 — According to the Ukrainian National News Agency, U.S. Special Envoy Witkov stated in an interview with Fox News that Ukraine and Russia will hold a new round of negotiations within three weeks, potentially leading to a high-level summit.

He said, "Kushner and I hope that some of the suggestions we have proposed to both sides will encourage them to come together within the next three weeks, and it may even lead to a summit between President Zelensky and President Putin. The summit could eventually evolve into a trilateral meeting, with President Trump also participating."

Witkov stated that Trump will only attend the meeting if he believes he can achieve the best results. Zelensky previously said that the next round of peace talks should be held in Geneva within ten days.
