Jin10 News on October 20th, Kanglongda announced that after the completion of the business registration of Shangkanghui New Energy, it was unable to find suitable investment targets, and the company also did not make actual capital contributions. The industry investment fund has not actually commenced operations. In light of the current market environment changes and various influencing factors, based on the principle of prudent use of funds, to optimize the company's resource allocation and protect the interests of investors, all partners of the fund unanimously agreed to dissolve Shangkanghui New Energy, and the dissolution procedures have recently been completed. As of the date of this announcement, Shangkanghui New Energy has not yet carried out specific business, and the company has not made actual capital contributions. The company and other partners have handled the relevant matters for the dissolution of the partnership in accordance with related agreements.
