Six months ago, he bought 1,805 ETH for $6.42 million at a price of $3,559 each. Two weeks ago, he panicked and sold at a loss of $3.6 million (-56%). Today, after the price of Ethereum rose, he bought back 1,734 ETH at a price of $1,792 per coin, spending $3.11 million.
