SEC Acting Chair Mark Uyeda initiates review of digital asset regulatory documents

According to the Gate.io News bot, reported by Wu, Mark Uyeda, acting chairman of the SEC, announced that based on President's Executive Order 14192 "Promoting Prosperity Through Regulatory Relief" and the suggestion of DOGE, he has instructed the committee staff to conduct a review of multiple existing statements.

The review scope covers relevant guidance documents on digital asset investment contract analysis, cryptocurrency market development, digital asset custody, and Bitcoin futures fund investment. The aim of this review is to identify statements that need to be amended or revoked according to current institutional priorities.
