In fact, most of us go through these stages when participating in trading:

Ignorance: Just entered the market short at the highest price catch the bottom, greed and fear, ended up losing a lot.

Learning technology: It hurts to realize the importance of technology only after suffering losses, and then start learning frantically, observing the trend, and eager to find a stable winning method from books, videos, and other channels. Continuous learning, continuous research, but always find it difficult to predict rise or fall in advance, can only be wise after the event, and ultimately still incur losses.

Start to understand the factors of market changes: when the technology fails, you realize that there is no technique that can make money 100% of the time. Never believe anyone who tells you absolute rise, absolute fall, or guaranteed win. Yes, this means you have grown up, and all of this is a matter of probability.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication: I suddenly realized that I had seen countless celebrity trading cases, read countless technical books, and even reached the level of being able to teach, but still couldn't make a profit, and made my trading more complicated. Pre-market pattern analysis, technical indicator analysis, analysis of various time periods... I understand everything, but once I start trading, I start to doubt what the hell is going on if I lose money. I've put in so much effort, but it's still not as good as flipping a coin. Actually, it's not about knowing a lot of indicators, reading a lot of books, or drawing good charts that makes you good at trading. There's a saying that the best is not necessarily suitable for you, but what is suitable for you is definitely the best. Maybe you just look at the naked K, maybe you just look at the moving average, maybe you just look at Fibonacci, and so on. Finding the indicators that suit you, or combining two or three main chart indicators, is enough. If used properly, it will definitely work wonders for you, and one move will conquer all!

System training: lack of confidence, can't resolutely execute the trading system, can use the ant warehouse to try your ideas and plans every time. If it doesn't work once, try twice. If it doesn't work twice, try ten times to see how your trading system works.
