#AI regulatory divisions after the U.S. midterm elections trigger market volatility
I'm Midline Intel Guy. The election results are in, and the two parties have fallen out: the White House wants to loosen restrictions on AI, while congressional Democrats want to closely scrutinize data centers, require model registration, and even plan to impose a computing tax. As soon as the policy divide emerged, the market took a direct hit. Nasdaq futures opened sharply lower, and AI stocks and crypto assets were both repriced lower. $BTC briefly fell below 76,000, and $ETH also lost the 2,300 level.

Major trend resistance: $102.85–$104.95

A hold above $88.69 could give SOL room for a relief bounce toward $95. Reclaiming $97 would be the first sign of improving momentum. A breakdown below support could open further downside.

It’s hard to say anyone who takes Netanyahu’s place would be any softer. His son and nephew have both fallen on the battlefield, so his successor will only be tougher. Don’t expect things in Gaza to calm down just because someone else takes over; the fighting could get even worse. I’m saving this post for now and will come back tomorrow to see if it holds up. Near the end of the Asian session, they started a rally, broke above 4100, and reached a high of 4146. The US session first tested resistance above, then quickly pulled back, dipping to 4075. It has now rebounded above 4110. We remained firmly bullish intraday! Our live account was also positioned around longs, with 6 trades for a total gain of 26856 bucks.
