Gold surged to 4439 intraday before retreating to 4382, with gains narrowing to 0.71%. The long upper shadow indicates clear selling pressure above. The price has now fallen below the three Alligator lines (4402-4408).
Key support levels below are 4350 and the intraday low of 4322; a break below could trigger a deeper correction. Above, the price needs to reclaim the 4400 level to ease bearish pressure.
Personal recommendation: Short around 4390-4410, targets: 4340-4310.
