The KOSPI is already down 38% from its peak
If AI actually turns out to be a bubble and it pops, does Korea get wiped off the face of the Earth?
Does Citadel own the entire country at that point or what?

The core question is whether this represents a healthy correction following a rally driven by artificial intelligence (AI), or the beginning of a deeper repricing process within the storage sector. Rather than buying simply because prices have fallen, it would be more prudent to focus on earnings expectations, memory pricing, and whether each company can maintain its profit margins.

My perspectives on storage sector stocks:
* Micron (MU): Monitor demand for DRAM and HBM, memory growth linked to AI, and gross profit margin forecasts. Strong AI demand could bolster earnings, though these expectations may already be priced into the stock.
* SanDisk (SNDK): Focus on NAND flash pricing, demand for enterprise SSDs, and the sustainability of any earnings recovery. NAND supply and price cycles can make this stock particularly volatile.
* Western Digital (WDC): Evaluate "nearline" (high-capacity/accessible) HDD demand from AI data centers, cloud computing expenditures, and free cash flow. The factors influencing HDD demand differ from those affecting NAND and DRAM.
* Seagate (STX): As data center storage requirements grow, keep an eye on demand for high-capacity drives, pricing power, and profit margins.
* Track NAND market conditions, enterprise SSD adoption rates, and the company's valuation relative to earnings expectations.
What signs might justify rebuilding a position? I would look at the following three points:
* Stabilization of fundamental indicators: A halt in the deterioration of memory and NAND prices, company forecasts, and earnings estimates.
* Confirmation through price action: Stocks forming higher lows and reclaiming key moving averages, accompanied by stronger trading volume.
* Attractive valuation: Expected earnings growth that justifies the current price, even under less optimistic scenarios.
A decline in a stock price is not, by itself, a buy signal. If earnings estimates are falling faster than the stock price, the valuation may not have actually become cheaper.
Rather than buying the entire storage sector indiscriminately, I prefer to differentiate between individual companies. While AI demand serves as a long-term tailwind, memory, NAND flash, and hard disk drives each have their own unique supply cycles, competitive pressures, and profit margins.
An important distinction: A pullback driven by profit-taking is fundamentally different from one caused by weak forward guidance or falling memory prices. The latter scenario warrants a much more cautious approach. Which of these stocks—MU, SNDK, WDC, or STX—are you following most closely? I can help you compare their valuations, earnings outlooks, technical levels, and the potential factors that could support a recovery.

$CAKE Current price: 2.19. Key short-term levels are 2.157 (Bollinger lower band) and 2.1967 (MA20). In terms of moving averages, MA5=2.1936 remains below MA20, indicating a weak bearish alignment, but the gap is only 0.003, and the convergence of the moving averages means a directional move is approaching; the MACD histogram at -0.002064 is bearish, but its absolute value is extremely small, suggesting momentum is nearly exhausted; RSI at 48.0 is in neutral-to-weak territory, with neither oversold rebound momentum nor overbought pullback pressure; the price is near the Bollinger lower band a

Let’s start with a term: weekend gold prices.
The $XAU on screen isn’t gold moving now; it’s quotes with no takers shifting around.
Only 5.97 million traded in the last hour, compared with 150 million in a single hour a few days ago.
“Breaking above 4205 means a new rally.”
I’ve heard that twice in the past three days. Here are the numbers:
1. 4205.65 was touched only once, at 10-16 22:00, and it hasn’t gone higher since.
2. Since then, over the past 34 hours, it has steadily ground back to 4164.07.
3. The 24-hour range is 4157.36 to 4173.66, a spread of 0.39%.
With a range this narrow, it’s

A Bitcoin whale dormant for 12 to 13 years suddenly awakens, transferring 416.69 BTC for an unrealized profit of about $33.71 million!
On October 18, two long-dormant wallets transferred BTC worth about $33.82 million to the same address. These assets were originally worth about $105,400, representing an astonishing gain over more than a decade.
But a whale transfer doesn’t necessarily mean a sell-off. What’s really worth watching is where the funds go next: a transfer to a private wallet may not affect the market, while funds flowing to an exchange could signal potential selling pressure.

Most people are watching silver and waiting for a breakout. I think it needs to take a dip first. That congestion zone from a year ago still hasn’t overlapped with anything, leaving a small gap in the structure. If it really moves up from here, that would be interesting. The iHnS on gold lines up too. The hardest part of trading isn’t calling the direction—it’s waiting for a signal you can actually understand. So what’s the takeaway? I haven’t figured it out yet either. If you’re keeping an eye on this, give me a follow.

$AGT I almost gave back all my profits from the first half of the year in this move—at the worst point, I was down 38%, and my principal dropped from 120k to 74k. I wasn’t stuck in a position; I chased at 0.072 and got hit by a -22% wick, then panicked and sold around 0.054. After calming down and taking another look at the data, today’s 22% rally has helped me recover a big chunk.
Looking back at my reckless moves: I saw $AGT surge on rising volume from the 0.054 low and break past 0.07. I thought it might be the start of a breakout, so I chased at 0.072 with half my position. But the volume
Hong Hao: The current market has entered oversold territory and is in the final stages of the sell-off. All risk assets are oversold, and a rebound is highly likely before the end of the year.

Down 20.9% in forty hours; the rebound took just three hours.

$INTC just printed a close at $90.02, with a jaw-dropping RSI of 21.19—deep in oversold territory, yet selling pressure remains relentless. The next key battleground is the $85.84–$81.81 support zone, where history says bounces can get violent and unpredictable.

$EPIC It surged 18% in a day, briefly touching 0.3350 before dumping back to 0.2884. That long upper wick is no joke.
First, the signal: this is a classic high-volume spike and retracement. The 24-hour trading volume of 72.2M alongside an 18.29% gain shows the volume is real, but that wick at 0.3350 indicates very heavy overhead selling pressure. From the low of 0.2182 to 0.3350, the price gained 53%, so profit-taking at this level is perfectly normal. Technically, 0.2884 sits just below the midpoint of the intraday gain, putting it in the pullback confirmation phase—not a breakout entry poin

Bitcoin at $81,405.9: Warsh Keeps the Fed’s Next Move Uncertain — Is BTC Preparing for a Recovery or Another Drop?
Bitcoin is trading near $81,405.9, keeping traders focused on the connection between US inflation, Federal Reserve policy, Treasury yields, and global risk appetite. Following Fed Chair Kevin Warsh’s October 16 IMF fireside chat with Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva in Bangkok, the market has received no clear promise of monetary easing or another rate increase. Instead, the message is that price stability remains the priority, while future decisions depend o

US September PPI came in at 6.3% YoY, well above the 5.3% market expectation, pointing to renewed producer-side inflation pressure. Weekly jobless claims were 199K, broadly in line with forecasts. Could hotter inflation further reduce room for rate cuts, and what does it mean for $BTC, US stocks, and gold?
