2. How to Get a Gate Card?
Apply through the Gate Card web page or Gate Pay App, select Gate Card (Signature Card), follow the instructions to complete KYC, and you'll receive it.
3. How and Where to Use Cryptocurrency via Gate Card?
Gate Card offers a simple payment method to use cryptocurrency seamlessly and securely for in-store and online purchases, allowing users to spend cryptocurrency at over 150 million merchants worldwide that accept Visa.
4. Which Countries/Regions Does Gate Card Support?
Gate Card is currently available to users in many countries and regions worldwide. Please click to start the application process
to confirm your eligibility for applying for the card. If your location is not listed among the available countries or regions, it means that card issuance is not currently supported in your area. We will gradually roll out Gate Card to more regions around the world in the future.
5. How to Report a Lost or Stolen Gate Card?
If your Gate Card is lost or stolen, please freeze the card immediately, then proceed to replace the card or contact Gate customer service for assistance with reporting the loss and replacement.
6. How Long Does It Take to Receive the Gate Card?
After the physical card is launched, depending on the postal service, the estimated shipping time is 15–45 days.
7. Can I Withdraw Cash from ATMs with Gate Card?
You can use Gate Card to withdraw cash from ATMs that bear the Visa logo. Please note that withdrawals require Payment Fees and are subject to limits.
8. How to Check Balance and Transaction History?
You can check your debit card balance and transaction history through the web interface or the Gate Pay app. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the card page to view your current balance and recent transactions.
9. How to Add Gate Card to Google Pay and Apple Pay?
Currently, Gate Card (Signature Card) supports adding details to Google Pay and Apple Pay. Once bound, you can use Gate Card for contactless payments on Google Pay and Apple Pay. For details, refer to details.
