I’ve been thinking about it all morning: this isn’t good news for Bitcoin. Let me explain why, without the drama.
One. The CLARITY Act, which was supposed to set clear rules for crypto in the US, already failed in the Senate in September by one vote. With this Congress, it’s going to sit on the shelf.
Two. Without a law, the rules are decided by the SEC, the CFTC and the Treasury. And whatever an agency decides can be changed by the next administration. More uncertainty.
Three. Investigation

New SEC filing discloses $INTC CEO buying $9.71M worth of Intel shares at $64.7 under his family trust.
Pretty large vote of confidence after the 49.9% drop this month.
Reminds me of the time the former $TSM chairman bought $7.8M of $MU back in the $300's.
