According to the SUN announcement, SUN has started SUN token redenomination and swap starting from May 26th. Gate will support the SUN token redenomination and swap the old SUN tokens for new SUN tokens on Gate for users.

Gate’s SUN token redenomination and swap planning:
- Starting Jun 3, 1:00 AM UTC, Gate will close SUN deposits and withdrawals.
- Starting Jun3, 4:00 AM UTC, Gate will stop SUN trading and cancel all open orders and swap the old SUN to the new SUN tokens.
- When Gate completes the token swap, we will commence new SUN token trading . The new SUN token will use the ticker $ SUN while old SUN tokens deposited after the swap will be credited as SUN_OLD. (The trading commencement time will be announced as soon as we complete the token swap).
Important Notice: After this token swap, the value of the new SUN token would be 1/1000 that of the old SUN, without considering other factors that might impact the price. Please pay close attention to the price when you place orders.
If your old SUN tokens are on Gate, you do not need to do anything in particular. If you want to get your old SUN swapped effortlessly on Gate, please deposit your old SUN token to Gate before Jun 3rd.
After this swap, Gate will support the new SUN tokens only. If you deposit the old SUN tokens to Gate, you may withdraw them to your personal wallet and swap.
