1. To receive rewards, select [Join Now] on the event page to register and complete Identity Verification. Only designated eligible users can participate. If the page does not allow you to register, your account is currently ineligible. Refer to the event page for the applicable requirements.
2. Only qualifying trades made after registration, during the event, in the designated events listed on the event page count. Only trades using your own funds qualify. Positions and returns from Prediction Markets Trading Vouchers or other subsidized funds do not count.
3. Qualifying trading volume is based on the actual filled amount, including purchases of "Yes" and "No" contracts and sales on the secondary market. Unfilled orders, unfilled portions of canceled orders, transfers, refunds, and abnormal trades do not count.
4. If an event is postponed, canceled, rescheduled, or interrupted, or if rulings change, markets close, or other force majeure circumstances arise, Gate may adjust, suspend, or cancel the relevant markets and event rewards as appropriate.
5. All rewards are issued as Prediction Markets Trading Vouchers. Voucher principal cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash. Profits generated using voucher funds can be withdrawn under the product rules. Refer to the voucher terms for applicable markets, validity periods, and the treatment of profits.
6. Rewards will be issued after review and approval, within 14 business days after the event ends. Users participating in other Gate events of the same type at the same time can receive rewards from only one event, subject to Gate's determination and the rules on the event page.
7. Only one eligible main account per verified identity may participate. Subaccounts, API users, users at VIP 15 or above, market makers, corporate accounts, institutional accounts, and restricted accounts are ineligible.
8. Gate Prediction Markets services may be restricted by the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, Users must comply with Gate’s User Agreement. Before participating, check local laws and regulations, the platform's Terms of Service, and your risk tolerance to ensure you are eligible. Users in restricted regions may be unable to access some or all services, including registration, trading, predictions, reward claims, and participation in this event.
9. This event is not marketed to users in regions where prediction markets, wagering, contracts for difference, derivatives, or crypto asset trading are prohibited or restricted. Users must not use VPNs, proxies, false identities, others acting on their behalf, or other means to bypass regional restrictions, KYC requirements, or platform risk controls.
10. This event does not constitute investment advice, gambling advice, advice on predicting sports outcomes, a financial promotion, or a promise of returns. Prediction markets, crypto assets, and related trading involve price volatility, liquidity, settlement, market closure, and compliance risks. Participate with caution.
11. Bulk registration of secondary accounts, volume manipulation, self-trading, collusive wash trading, manipulation of prediction outcomes, fake referrals, fake sharing, voucher arbitrage, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, and other conduct that undermines event fairness are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts belonging to the same verified user count as one participant. Subaccounts are ineligible.
12. Gate reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel event rules, prize pools, reward distribution methods, eligibility, and event dates without further notice due to market conditions, changes to sporting events, system issues, compliance requirements, or force majeure. Gate reserves the right of final interpretation for this event.
13. Any changes to event arrangements due to market conditions, system issues, compliance requirements, or force majeure will be announced on the event page. This event is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
