Event 1: Invite New Users to Open an Account and Deposit to Receive a Welcome Gift
During the event, invite friends to register and open an account through your exclusive invitation link. Once they complete their first deposit of ≥ 200 USDT in a single transaction, they will be counted as a valid referral. The inviter will receive a reward of 3 USDT worth of NVDA stocks. The total prize pool is 300,000 USDT worth of NVIDIA (NVDA) stocks. Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event 2: New Users Buy, Both Sides Get $5 in TSLA Stock
During the event period, friends who have completed the deposit task for Event 1, complete a single US stock purchase of ≥ 200 USDT, both the inviter and the friend will receive an additional reward of 5 USDT worth of TSLA stock. Total prize pool: 500,000 USDT worth of Tesla (TSLA) stock. Limited supply, first come, first served.
Event 3: US Stock Holdings Invitation Leaderboard, Win a Tesla Model Y
During the event, participants will be ranked based on the cumulative net US stock holdings of their eligible invited friends. After the event ends, the top 100 referrers will receive additional rewards. In the event of a tie in cumulative net US stock holdings, the ranking will be determined by the number of eligible invited friends, from highest to lowest. If a tie still remains, the ranking will be based on the time when the last eligible friend met the requirement, from earliest to latest. Total prize pool: 1,100,000 USDT worth of physical rewards and Tesla (TSLA) stock.

Event 4: Social Media Sharing, Claim the Sunshine Reward
During the event period, users can share screenshots of their participation on social media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat Moments, WeChat Groups, Telegram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Rednote, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord, and upload the screenshot to the designated form. After the review is approved, they will receive 1 USDT worth of NVDA stocks. Each user can claim the reward only once. The total prize pool is 100,000 USDT worth of US stock rewards. Limited quantity available, first come, first served.
- The screenshot must be publicly visible, not set to friends-only or private, and posted within the event time frame; otherwise, the reward will not be issued.

- Participants must click the [Join Now] button on the event page to register for the event and complete identity verification to be eligible for rewards.
- Users need to enter the Gate Stock section during the event period to participate in trading.
- This event only counts valid buy and holding behaviors generated by users in Gate's stock section during the event period. A valid buy requires a single transaction amount of ≥ 200 USDT; any single transaction amount below 200 USDT will not be counted toward the event tasks or leaderboard. Stock net holding value refers to the USDT-equivalent amount of US stocks that users have acquired through valid buys and still actually hold at the time of statistics. Any amounts from sold, transferred-out, withdrawn, canceled unfilled orders, abnormal transactions, or non-genuine holdings will not be counted.
- Net deposit = Total deposits − Total withdrawals during the event period. Eligible deposits include on-chain deposits, P2P, and fiat deposits. Internal transfers are excluded.
- All rewards from this event will be credited to user accounts within 14 business days after the event ends. For Event 3, physical rewards will be converted and distributed as equivalent USDT rewards.
- If partial stock distribution cannot be completed due to stock asset liquidity, regional restrictions, system maintenance, or other reasons, Gate reserves the right to distribute other equivalent stocks or equivalent rewards instead.
- To be eligible for rewards, the invitee must sign up using the inviter's exclusive referral link.
- Bulk account registration, malicious volume manipulation, wash trading, matched orders, and other fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts belonging to the same verified user will be treated as a single account. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this Event.
- Market maker, corporate, institutional, and affiliate accounts are not eligible to participate in this event.
- If a user participates in multiple referral events held during the same period, rewards cannot be claimed multiple times; only rewards from a single referral event can be claimed.
- Referrals where the inviter and the invitee share the same IP address are invalid. Self-referral through multiple accounts is not permitted. If any such activity is discovered, all rewards will be canceled.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
