Project Introduction
USAT (USA₮) is a USD-pegged stablecoin designed for compliant, institutional-grade on-chain settlement. It targets a 1:1 value to the U.S. dollar and is fully collateralized 100% by short-term U.S. Treasury Bills. USAT is issued in partnership with a U.S. federally regulated digital asset bank and is positioned as a GENIUS-ready stablecoin framework product. It is built on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token to leverage the deepest institutional liquidity and the most widely used smart-contract settlement network. USAT does not distribute yield to token holders and is designed as a principal-preserving digital cash equivalent for exchanges and institutions.
