Under Gate’s existing policies and affiliate program terms, affiliates and partners are not permitted to engage in marketing or promotional activities intended to specifically target users in markets where market-specific restrictions apply. This principle applies across all promotional channels and forms of communication.

With respect to the Korean market, Gate’s existing policies do not permit affiliates and partners to use referral, commission-based, or other incentive arrangements intended to specifically target Korean users. These requirements form part of Gate’s standing rules governing affiliate conduct and are applied in the normal course of Gate’s compliance operations.

Gate conducts oversight of affiliate and partner activities consistent with its internal procedures and risk-based approach and may take appropriate action, in accordance with its contractual rights, where conduct is identified that does not align with applicable policies or affiliate program terms.

Gate will continue to apply its compliance framework on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis as part of its ongoing commitment to responsible market practices and the sustainable development of the virtual asset ecosystem.
