Gate Announcement of NFLXON Deposit and Trading Services Resumption & Matters Related to the Netflix Stock Split

Gate has completed the technical maintenance for the Netflix token (NFLXON) and will resume NFLXON deposit and trading services at 08:00 UTC on November 20, 2025.

During this maintenance period, we addressed the impact of the underlying asset, Netflix (NFLX) stock split, on the NFLXON token. We hereby provide the following explanations to all users:

1. Netflix Stock Split Details

According to official information, Netflix (NFLX) stock underwent a 1:10 stock split during the period of November 15, 2025 to November 17, 2025 (UTC). This means each share of NFLX stock was split into 10 shares, with the price per share adjusted accordingly to one-tenth of its original value.

2. Treatment of NFLXON Tokens

• To maintain market continuity and the stability of the token system, the NFLXON token itself has not been split. Its total supply and each user's holding quantity remain unchanged.

• The token's pegging relationship has been adjusted based on the split of the underlying stock:

Before the split: 1 NFLXON token ≈ 1 NFLX share
After the split: 1 NFLXON token ≈ 10 NFLX shares

3. Impact on User Holdings and Value

• Your holding quantity of NFLXON tokens will not decrease due to this change.

• The Net Asset Value (NAV) represented by each NFLXON token remains unchanged before and after the stock split. Simply put:

Before the split, the value of 1 NFLX share was represented by 1 NFLXON token.
After the split, the original 1 NFLX share became 10 shares, and their total value is now represented by 0.1 NFLXON tokens. Therefore, 1 full NFLXON token now naturally corresponds to the total value of these 10 new shares.

4.Important Risk Notice Regarding Trading Resumption

Due to the change in the token's pricing basis from [per share] to [per 10 shares], the market may experience significant short-term price volatility due to information asymmetry or emotional fluctuations. All users must fully understand the above changes, rationally assess risks, and make prudent investment decisions before engaging in any transactions.
