How to Participate in Gate Web3 Launchpad

Subscription Rules

Eligibility:
Users must complete identity verification and meet the minimum investment requirements to participate.
Subscription Method:
Users can participate in the on-chain subscription using USDT (BSC). Minimum per order: 100 USDT, maximum per order: 5,000 USDT. Tokens invested during the subscription will be locked and cannot be withdrawn during the subscription period.
Token Allocation:
When the total subscription amount exceeds 100%, the number of tokens each user receives will be calculated as follows: Tokens received = (User's subscription amount / Total subscription amount from all users) × Total token allocation for the project. Any unsubscribed portion will be refunded after the subscription period ends, calculated as: Refund amount = Subscription amount – (Tokens received × Subscription price). If the total subscription does not reach 100%, all funds will be used to purchase tokens at the subscription price.
Fully On-Chain:
All subscription, refund, and claim operations are executed and verifiable on-chain through smart contracts.
