Regarding the recent abnormal incident involving the UxLink (UXLINK) project, the Gate team has conducted multiple rounds of communication with the project team. Ultimately, Gate received only 50% of the new UXLINK tokens corresponding to users' total holdings, making a 1:1 token swap impossible.
To protect user rights and interests to the greatest extent, Gate has decided to distribute equivalent value through a [Tokens + Point Card Compensation] method to achieve an effective 1:1 distribution for users. The specific plan is as follows:
I. Core Rules of the Compensation Plan
- Gate actually received new tokens amounting to 50% of users' total holdings. This portion will be distributed at a 2:1 ratio.
- For the remaining 50% shortfall in holdings, Gate will compensate for the difference using [Platform Point Cards], calculated at a price of 0.1 USDT/UXLINK.
- The total value users ultimately receive will be equivalent to 100% of their holdings.
II. Detailed Explanation
1. Token Distribution
- Gate will distribute the new UXLINK tokens with current holdings, following a 2:1 ratio.
- Example: If you held 300 UXLINK, you will receive 150 new UXLINK tokens.
2. Point Card Compensation
- For the remaining 50% holding gap after token distribution, Gate will issue Point Card compensation equivalent to 0.1 USDT/UXLINK.
- Point Card Calculation Formula:
Point Card Compensation = Current Holdings × 50% × 0.1 USDT
- Example: If you hold 300 UXLINK, the shortfall after token distribution is 150 UXLINK. You will receive point cards equivalent to 15 USDT.

- Please Note that any new deposits made from the time of the hacker incident until now will NOT be eligible for this swap or compensation.
III. Trading and Distribution Schedule

Trading Start Time: Trading for the new UXLINK tokens will resume on October 24, 2025, at 06:00 (UTC).

The new UXLINK tokens and compensation Point Cards have been automatically distributed to your Funding Account and Point Card Account respectively. You can check them in [Account Assets]. Point Cards will automatically be used to offset transaction fees for your future trades.
Please note that Gate will no longer support the old UXLINK contract tokens. Gate will enable deposits and withdrawals for the new UXLINK contract tokens after trading resumed and security confirmed.
