Event 1: Referral Race – Compete for a Share of $10,000 Rewards
During the event, inviting a friend who downloads Gate App and completes first-time Web3 trading of $100 or more in either swap or memecoin trading volume counts as a qualified invite.
Inviters will receive $5 per qualified invite. As an inviter, the more you invite, the more rewards you will earn. An inviter can win up to $500 per person.A total of $10,000 Inviters' rewards pool will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event 2: Invitee Accumulated Trading Volume Leaderboard – Earn Up to $200 Per Invitee
During the event, either Web 3 new users or existing users, as long as the invitee's web3 net deposit and net trading volume reaches the required level, they can receive respective rewards (tiered rewards are not cumulative). A total Invitee' rewards pool is $10,000.
Wallet Referral Double Commission Notes: 30% Commission For You + 20% Commission For Your Friends
During the event, new users can share your referral link/ referral code with your friend. When your friend binds your referral code, you'll receive 30% of their trading fees as commission.
If the friend binds your code within 7 days of wallet creation, they'll also receive 20% commission on trading fee.

Important Notes:
- All rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends.
- Task 2 is open only to agents in the Chinese-speaking region. The users under these accounts are all new and existing Gate Web3 wallet users who have created a wallet through a top-level agent or sub-agent referral link.
- Net deposit = Total deposits during the event period - Total withdrawals before reward distribution. Internal transfers do not count as valid deposits.
- Only users with verified identity can participate. Each participant can only participate with one account. Sub-accounts will not be considered separate accounts for this competition. "New users" with the same identity verification are not allowed to register multiple accounts to participate in the event, and existing accounts will not be considered "new users" after they have cancelled their account.
- Gate reserves the right to disqualify any participant from participating in the event for fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive activities, including but not limited to wash trading, improper matching, bulk account registration, or other irregular activities. Any suspected fraudulent, self-trading, wash trading, cross-trading, market manipulation, or other illegal trading activities will result in disqualification and revocation of rewards.
- Users participating in multiple events during the same period will only receive one reward, and the highest reward will be claimed. The platform reserves the right to final interpretation of the terms of this event.
