We would like to inform our users that we have fully resolved the prior delays in the withdrawal process after 7:00 AM (UTC +8), on November 2nd. Please note that all prior withdrawal requests will be processed in the order they were received. There is no need to cancel or resubmit your withdrawal requests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Furthermore, starting from November 2023, we will release monthly reports on our 100% Proof of Reserves. Each report will include a broad spectrum of over 100 different currencies and will gradually increase to around 1,000 currencies.
