Gate announced July 4, 2023 at 08:00 UTC as the delisting date of the perpetual contracts mentioned below in the original announcement, which had been widely received by Gate users. To keep consistency and reduce potential risks extended illiquid markets may have on users, Gate will continue to use July 4, 2023 at 08:00 UTC as the delisting date. This date is the latest update and please pay attention to this date. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Gate will delist the following perpetual contracts on July 4, 2023 at 08:00 UTC, due to insufficient liquidity and trading interest:
PAW_USDT
BSHIBAI_USDT
EUL_USDT
NYM_USDT
SOS_USDT
SQUAD_USDT
ATA_USDT
POLS_USDT
DIA_USDT
FRONT_USDT
SPELL_USDT
ALCX_USDT
GARI_USDT
At 11:00 UTC on July 3, 2023 the above contracts entered reduce-only mode;
At 08:00 UTC on July 4, 2023, any open order of the above contracts will be canceled, any open position will be auto-settled based on the average index price from 07: 30 to 08:00 UTC July 4, 2023.
If you are trading the above perpetual contracts, it is highly recommended that you adjust your trading strategy and close your position beforehand.

Update about Auto-Settlement Price for Delisted Perpetual Contract

Gate will use the average index prices over half an hour before the delisting time as the auto-settlement price.
In the case of significant fluctuation during the last half an hour before delisting, Gate will use the average of index price over an extended time period to avoid market manipulation.
